Federation Staff

Work for us and enjoy the spirit of daily collaboration. We enjoy working with the community and it is vital that all of our staff understand the context of our locality. 

The majority of roles are based at one of the two schools although teaching and learning support teams come together at least once every term for joint training. 

At present the Federation has a small number of team members who work across the two schools each week.

Federation Business Manager

Senior Finance Manager

Assistant Headteacher - Special Educational Needs Leader

Assistant Headteachers - Reading  & Mathematics Curriculum

Assistant Headteacher- Assistant Headteachers who lead Key Stage Departments.

From time to time teachers and teaching assistants are asked to work at a different school base to support colleagues, take part in training and build stronger teams.
